From the Garden

Patient gardeners wait for the cabbage head to grow.  In the meantime, small tender leaves can be cut and eaten.

Kindergarten and third grade gardeners planted the lettuce.

Marigolds not only keep the mosquitoes away, the flowers can be cut and added to stews for color or salads for flavor.
